Steven Mignogna Presented at the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) National Meeting
At the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) National Meeting in Boston, partner Steven Mignogna, Esq. joined fellow members of the Fiduciary Litigation Committee for a one-of-a-kind presentation on remedies for breach of trust. In honor of America’s 250th birthday, the panel used a Revolutionary War-era reenactment, complete with colonial costumes and powdered wigs, to focus on legal issues that remain highly relevant to fiduciary practitioners today. Steve’s segment explored damages that may be awarded even when there is no actual breach of trust by the trustee. It was a memorable and engaging way to bring complex legal concepts to life.
