Melissa Dibble and Anthony LaRatta Participate in CCBA’s “Evidence Issues for Trust & Estate Litigation”

On Wednesday, November 6, 2019, Archer attorneys Melissa Dibble and Anthony La Ratta participated in the Camden County Bar Association CLE, “Evidence Issues for Trust & Estate Litigation” at Tavistock County Club. Ms. Dibble served as a speaker and Mr. La Ratta served as a moderator.

For trust and estate lawyers dealing primarily in Chancery practice, it is easy to forget evidentiary elements because so few  probate or trust litigation matters get to trial. However, discovery of “best” evidence and evidence rules remain important for  settlement purposes and in sustaining evidentiary challenges and winning at trial. This program explored these evidence considerations and provided practice tips for the most experienced trial  attorney to the most novice T&E lawyer.
