Steven Mignogna Appointed To Professional Responsibility Committee of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel

Steven K. Mignogna, a shareholder with Archer & Greiner P.C. in Haddonfield, N.J., has been appointed to the Professional Responsibility Committee of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). Mr. Mignogna has also been a member of ACTEC’s Fiduciary Litigation Committee for a number of years.

The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel is a national organization of approximately 2,600 lawyers elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors. Its members work to teach those who aspire to enter the field and to improve and reform laws, procedure and standards while working with their peers and other professional organizations.

Mr. Mignogna, a resident of Voorhees, focuses his practice on commercial litigation, with a concentration on probate matters, estates, trusts, fiduciaries, guardianships and real estate.  He has lectured and published extensively both locally and nationally. Mr. Mignogna is principal author of the treatise, Estate and Trust Litigation, and editor and contributing author of The New Jersey Estate Planning Manual and The New Jersey Probate Procedures Book, all published by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
