Steven Mignogna Presented Estate and Trust Litigation Seminar for Philadelphia Estate Planning Council

Archer Partner, Steven K. Mignogna, recently served as a speaker for the seminar, “Seven Deadly Claims,” presented at the 2019 Philadelphia Estate Planning Council Annual Meeting, Seminar & Reception, held May 16 at the National Museum of American Jewish History, in Philadelphia, PA. The “Seven Deadly Claims” focused on the seven most significant causes of action stemming from the growing number of estate and trust litigation matters around the country.

The Philadelphia Estate Planning Council is one of the oldest and largest estate planning councils in the country, with a membership of over 700 professionals throughout the Greater Philadelphia area involved in estate planning. The Annual Meeting, Seminar & Reception is one of the Council’s highest attended events of the year.

Mr. Mignogna focuses his practice on commercial litigation, with a concentration on probate matters, estates, fiduciaries, guardianships and real estate. He is Co-Chair of the firm’s Estates and Trusts Department and Chair of the Estate and Trust Litigation Group.

Mr. Mignogna has lectured and published extensively, both locally and nationally. He is principal author of the treatise, Estate and Trust Litigation, and editor and contributing author of The New Jersey Estate Planning Manual and The New Jersey Probate Procedures Book, all published by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
