Steven Mignogna to Present “Seven Deadly Claims” at the ACTEC National Meeting
Steven Mignogna, Chair of Archer’s Estate & Trust Litigation Group, will present at the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) in Phoenix, AZ from March 6-10, 2024. Steve’s program will address novel and evolving claims related to estates and trust. Panel information is as follows:

Overview: As estate and trust litigation intensifies around the country, a wave of novel claims has been evolving. Most trust and estate professionals need to be educated about these claims – and may not know of them at all. This program will survey the seven most significant, including: the elements of each; defenses; and techniques to avoid the claims altogether. The presentation will explore significant developments of interest to estate and trust fiduciaries across the United States.
