Steven Mignogna a Featured Speaker at 2015 Delaware Trust Conference

Steven K. Mignogna, a shareholder with Archer & Greiner P.C. in Haddonfield, N.J., was a featured speaker at the 2015 Delaware Trust Conference, October 26th & 27th, at the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington, Delaware. Mr. Mignogna appeared as part of the Case Studies in Ethical Behavior presentation. This year’s conference, the 10th annual, featured the theme: Vintage Wealth Planning…Aged to Perfection.

At the annual Delaware Trust Conference, the nation’s top trust, legal, and wealth management experts provided the latest information on trusts.

Mr. Mignogna’s panel covered ethical issues related to topics including technology, self-settled asset protection trusts, directed trusts, Delaware’s pre-mortem validation statute, quiet trusts, and decanting.

Mr. Mignogna, a resident of Voorhees, focuses his practice on commercial litigation, with a concentration on probate matters, estates, fiduciaries, guardianships and real estate.  He has lectured and published extensively both locally and nationally. Mr. Mignogna is principal author of the treatise, Estate and Trust Litigation, and editor and contributing author of The New Jersey Estate Planning Manual and The New Jersey Probate Procedures Book, all published by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
