Tara Zane Named Co-Chair of Estates & Trusts Group at Archer
Archer partner Tara Zane has been named Co-Chair of Archer’s Estates & Trusts Group. A member of the Estates & Trusts Group for 16 years, Tara has a robust practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and trust litigation. Tara succeeds Archer partner Frank R. Demmerly in this role. She joins current Group Co-Chair Steven K. Mignogna in leading and managing the practice.
Commenting on her new role, Tara said, “I am honored to serve as Co-Chair of the Estates & Trusts Practice Group. The practice has a long and successful history going back to the firm’s founding over 90 years ago, and it has been a privilege to work with the many distinguished practitioners that we have in our group.”

Tara’s estate planning services include lifetime and end-of-life planning and related document preparation such as Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Advance Directives, as well as lifetime giving, business succession, and charitable planning matters. Tara’s administration services are equally diverse. She represents families with complex estate and trust administration issues, including those with complicated tax matters or related litigation. She also represents individuals and corporate fiduciaries who serve as Executor, Trustee, and Guardian.
Active in the legal community, Tara holds memberships in the Camden County, Burlington County, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, as well as the Society of Financial Service Professionals South Jersey Chapter and the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey.
Tara earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School, her LL.M in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law, and her B.A. from Villanova University.
