Steven K. Mignogna Spoke at 25th Annual Spring Symposia of American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section
Steven K. Mignogna will present a program on contested guardianships, joining a panel of other experts from around the country, at the 25th Anniversary of the Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Spring Symposia of the American Bar Association. Mr. Mignogna will act as moderator for the 1.5 hour program titled “Silver Hair and Fighting Heirs: Contested Guardianships.” The Symposia will occur on May 1-2, 2014, in Chicago. The Symposia involves trust and estate lawyers throughout the United States convening to discuss trends and new developments. Mr. Mignogna will also be attending the Symposia as the Chair of the Litigation Ethics and Malpractice Group of the Section.
