Archer & Greiner Partners Steven K. Mignogna and Anthony R. La Ratta presented “Hot Trends in Probate Litigation,” a seminar sponsored by the Burlington County Bar Association, on March 12, 2014, at the Burlington County Office Building in Mount Holly, N.J.
The panel of presenters also included the Hon. Karen L. Suter, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division of New Jersey Superior Court in Burlington County, with Ethan J. Ordog, Esquire, of the Begley Law Group, as moderator.
Topics covered included: writings intended as wills, will contests, claims involving attorneys, elective share claims, intestate succession law & Social Security benefits, wrongful death damages, and revocation of trust by an agent. The session earned attendees credits toward continuing legal education (CLE) requirements for New Jersey and Pennsylvania attorneys.
