Steven Mignogna Presented “Will to Litigate” at National Conference

Attorney Steven K. Mignogna of Archer & Greiner P.C. spoke at one of the nation’s leading conferences for trust and estate attorneys and professionals, where he led a panel program.

Mr. Mignogna, Chair of the Estate & Trust Litigation Group at Archer & Greiner in Haddonfield, N.J., served as a faculty member at the 49th Annual Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning, which took place Jan. 12-16, 2015 in Orlando, Fla. Mr. Mignogna presented “Will to Litigate,” a seminar that discussed provisions in wills and trusts aimed at preventing disputes but actually leads to litigation in the end. The program surveyed the common steps and provisions around the country that lead to contention and how to deal with them in the litigation stages.

Sponsored by the University of Miami School of Law, the Heckerling Institute is designed for attorneys, trust officers, accountants, insurance advisors and wealth management professionals who handle estate planning. The conference tracks significant developments in the law regarding trusts and estates.

Mr. Mignogna, focuses his practice in commercial litigation, with a concentration on probate matters, estates, fiduciaries, guardianships and real estate. He is the author, contributing author and editor of several manuals on estate and trust issues, including Estate & Trust Litigation, published by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
